Pit & plate carried out a 5-week rustic style pop-up restaurant for Lakes By Yoo. Ben created bespoke Menus with custom cocktails that harness the outdoor theme with the help of his feasting friend Mixology with Ollie.

Pit & Plate travelled down to Lyme Regis and set up in the middle of an open field to create a Glamping Site's supper club to remember. Ben was out in the open, cooking the entire menu using only the firepit.

A theatrical corporate dinner - held in Gloucestershire. The client was after an outdoor event to impress therefore Ben cooked on the fire pit outside for all to see. A bespoke seasonal menu was created for their Buffet Style evening.
